We use all of the major trucking companies in the United States and we are located near Philadelphia, PA, a major transportation center. If you have a trucking company that you favor, tell us when you order, and we’ll try to use them. All Milk Coolers typically take 5-7 days for delivery. All other products, except Milk Coolers, are custom-made and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Shipping costs are included in the purchase price; additional costs may be charged for lift gate (ground level) delivery, if applicable.

Returns Policy
Please contact one of our representatives for returns at 800-673-7868. Powers must approve your return request within 14 days of receipt in order to return items. Customer is responsible for return freight costs and insurance costs. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Returns are subject to a 25% restock fee. The standard refund timeframe is 5-7 working days. However, the exact processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.
